Job description

Role:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Ambulatory Urology, providing patient care under supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Collect patient data, communicate observations to the healthcare team, deliver care per care plans and policies, participate in quality improvement projects, and mentor colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program, valid LPN license, BLS certification, and relevant experience (preferably in urology).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and work flexible hours.

Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent verbal and written communication, mentorship ability, teamwork, and proficiency with electronic medical records.

Additional Requirements:

• State licensure, BLS certification, and possibly additional state or specialty certifications.

Compensation & Benefits:
