Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an outpatient urogynecology clinic. You will support providers, patients and families, document histories and vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations.

Responsibilities include assisting with minor procedures, administering medications and vaccines, processing lab specimens, and maintaining clean, aseptic exam rooms. Qualifications include LPN licensure, potential preference for inpatient or med-surg

Role Overview:

This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in an outpatient clinic setting, supporting a specialized Urogynecology team. The nurse provides clinical support to providers, patients, and families, ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and document patient history and vital signs

Qualifications & Skills:
