Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Hardee Correctional Institution in Bowling Green, Florida.

The LPN will deliver holistic nursing care within scope of practice to incarcerated patients under direction of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff, addressing a range of physical and behavioral health needs while ensuring safety and compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• LPN license or ability to obtain one.
• Active CPR certification.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision.
• Collaborate with RNs and medical/psychiatric staff to address physical and behavioral health needs.
• Maintain safety and comply with facility policies and security requirements.

We are currently seeking a full time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Hardee Correctional Institution located in Bowling Green, Florida.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
