Job summary

Centurion Health, in partnership with Ruach Consulting, is hiring a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Eastern Correctional Institution in Westover, MD. This role provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision of RNs and medical staff.

Evening shift with pay hourly rate between $35.20 and $45, depending on experience. Candidates must hold Maryland LPN license, CPR/BLS, and be able to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN with an active license to practice in Maryland
• Minimum of one year of work experience as an LPN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred
• Corrections experience preferred
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in CPR/BLS
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients under the direction of RN and medical/psychiatric staff
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs
• Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care

Partnering with Ruach Consulting, we are currently seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Eastern Correctional Institution located in Westover, Maryland.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
