Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide nursing care and support to patients in a Florida facility. The role involves administering medications, assisting physicians with procedures, and reinforcing health instructions for patients and families.

The candidate will monitor patients’ vital signs, document responses, and participate in care planning with the health care team. A valid LPN license is required, with at least 1 year of experience preferred.

• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.
• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
