Job summary

Lake Park of Madison Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Florida is seeking a self-directed nurse supervisor to oversee all aspects of resident care and ensure continuous delivery of high-quality services during night shifts.

You will coordinate with Therapy, Dietary, Social Work and families to provide person-centered care across Sub-Acute Rehab and Long Term Care, with a rotating 7pm–7am schedule and PRN shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Florida nursing license required.
• Ability to manage and oversee care team with critical thinking.
• Experience with dementia, respiratory, wound, dialysis or end-of-life care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care delivery and service quality.
• Collaborate with Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure person-centered care.
• Coordinate Sub-Acute Rehab and Long Term Care services.
• Manage night shift coverage with a 7pm–7am rotation; PRN shifts available.

Responsibilities and Duties

• As a member of the team, this position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to demonstrate a level of proficiency in the management/oversight of their team.
• Interaction with families, departments such as Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure comprehensive person-centered care is delivered is an essential part of the position
• Sub-Acute Rehab as well as Long Term Care
• OPEN POSITION- 7pm- 7 am scheduled rotation
• All shifts available PRN

Qualifications and Skills

• Current license in Florida
• Qualified candidates would be required to be flexible in their schedule
