Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for The Bradford Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in SHREVEPORT, LA. You will join a supportive clinical staff and work under guidance of an experienced DON and ADON to deliver high-quality resident care.

• Examining residents and their records to distinguish normal vs. abnormal findings to recognize early problems.
• Performing administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.

What You’ll be Doing

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
