Role Responsibilities

• Care for patients with various illnesses in facilities like medical offices, assisted living, hospitals, and schools.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides to deliver excellent care.
• Monitor patient vitals, perform assessments, document progress, and report changes.
• Follow physician’s orders, assist in patient care and treatments.
• Administer medications, operate medical equipment, and ensure safety.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license in Michigan (BSN not required).
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
• Clinical proficiency, critical thinking, communication skills, and compassion.
