• Pay Range: LPNs from $35-$37/hr, RNs from $41-$43/hr

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with various illnesses in facilities like medical offices, assisted living, hospitals, and schools
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides to deliver quality care
• Take vitals, perform assessments, document progress, and report changes
• Follow physician’s orders, assist with patient care and treatments
• Administer medication, operate medical equipment, ensure safety

Must-Haves

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license in Michigan (BSN not required)
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
• Clinical proficiency, critical thinking, good communication, compassion
