Job Overview

Northern Riverview Healthcare Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Per Diem positions on both morning and evening weekend shifts in Haverstraw, NY.

Responsibilities

1. Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
2. Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
3. Administering medications and injections as needed.
4. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
5. Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
6. Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid LPN State license.
• Good standing with State Registry.
