Position Overview

Northern Riverview Healthcare Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Per Diem positions on weekend shifts (morning and evening) in Haverstraw, NY.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new Residents for admission.
• Record health details, including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
• Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitor food and liquid intake and output.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid LPN State license.
• Good standing with the State Registry.
