Job Details

Location: Northern Riverview Healthcare Center, Haverstraw, NY

Position: Per Diem LPN for weekend shifts (morning and evening)

Responsibilities

1. Collect information from new residents for admission.
2. Record health details, including vitals and temperature.
3. Administer medications and injections as needed.
4. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
5. Supervise CNAs if required.
6. Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitor food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements

1. Ability to work as part of a team.
2. Valid LPN license in the state.
3. Good standing with the State Registry.
