Quality Talent Group is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Connecticut for a versatile role within skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, and night shifts to accommodate a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, and evaluating care plans while maintaining accurate documentation and providing guidance to other staff. New grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
