Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist in coordinating nursing services within a healthcare facility. You will direct care under supervision, delegate tasks, and monitor performance on the unit.

You will observe patients, communicate changes to physicians, and implement orders as directed. The role requires CPR certification and readiness to serve as charge nurse during emergencies to ensure coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid licensure from the licensing board and renewal proof every other year.
• Willingness to serve as a charge nurse and work during emergencies for adequate coverage.
• Ability to deliver quality nursing care, follow physician orders, and demonstrate interest in geriatric nursing.
• Annual CPR certification and participation in in-service training and staff meetings.
