Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester in Missouri seeks an LPN supervisor to oversee nursing staff, ensure quality resident care, and support team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Missouri.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in long-term care preferred.
• 3-5 years nursing experience in long-term care or similar setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move residents and equipment safely.
• Manual dexterity, visual acuity, and ability to perform documentation.

• Perform or oversee necessary documentation and complete monthly quality assurance activities.
