Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. This on-site role covers day, night, and weekend shifts with full-time, part-time, or PRN options.

You will administer medications, care plans, and vital signs while documenting care and coordinating with families and staff. New grads are welcome; daily pay and flexible schedules are available, along with medical/dental/vision insurance and union benefits.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent grads are welcome.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
