Job summary

The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, perform resident assessments, document care, and support CNAs and other staff. An active Florida LPN license and flexible availability (weekends/holidays) are required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license in good standing.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Overview

The LPN is responsible for delivering direct nursing care to residents, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and supporting the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal resident outcomes.
