Centurion Health seeks a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Vandalia Correctional Center in Vandalia, Illinois. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care under RN supervision, addressing a range of physical and behavioral health needs for incarcerated patients.

Day shift 7a-3p with rotating weekends and compensatory off days. Requirements include an Illinois LPN license, CPR certification, and ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• LPN license in Illinois or ability to obtain one.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and background check).

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN and medical staff supervision.
• Respond to physical and behavioral health needs of patients.
• Work within the scope of practice for LPNs at Vandalia Correctional Center.

We are currently seeking a Full- time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Vandalia Correctional Center in Vandalia, Illinois.Shift: Day Shift 7a-3pThe schedule includes rotating weekends. When Saturday and Sunday are worked, the following Tuesday is scheduled off.
