Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Galesburg, IL to deliver holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of RNs and medical staff.

You will respond to a variety of physical and behavioral health needs, perform assessments, and collaborate with the care team to ensure timely interventions. A valid LPN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance including drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN supervision.

We are currently seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Galesburg, Illinois.The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.Starting hourly pay rate is $36.23/hour+ for full-time.
