Job summary

Centurion is seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Dixon Correctional Center in Dixon, Illinois. The LPN provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical staff, addressing physical and behavioral health needs.

We offer Day, Evening, or Night shifts (8-hour shifts with rotating weekends) with a starting rate of $36.23+ per hour and additional shift differentials of $4 for evenings and $3 for nights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Clear/Active LPN license in Illinois or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be CPR certified and eligible for security clearance (drug screen & background check).

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN supervision.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
• Work within the medical and psychiatric staff to deliver care.
