Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Big Muddy River Correctional Center in Ina, Illinois. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care under the supervision of RNs and medical staff to incarcerated patients. The night shift runs 11 p.m.–7 a.m.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Active LPN license in Illinois or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and pass background checks.

We are currently seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Big Muddy River Correctional Center in Ina, Illinois.The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.Schedule: Full-time Night Shift, 11 p.m. - 7 a.m.The schedule includes rotating weekends. When Saturday and Sunday are worked, the following Monday is scheduled off.
