Maricopa County Correctional Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the jail healthcare team. You will administer medications, provide extensive patient care, and contribute to the planning and evaluation of nursing care within the correctional setting.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be a vital member of Maricopa County's Correctional Health Team and work in partnership with Maricopa County Sheriff's Detention Officers. You will perform specialized nursing functions, including administering medications, therapeutic treatments, providing extensive patient care, and participating in the planning, implementation, and overall nursing care evaluation.

We Require Valid, unrestricted license as a licensed practical nurse issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing or issued by another state recognized by the Arizona Board of Nursing as a multi-compact license state. We Also Value Experience as a licensed practical nurse. Experience in a medical setting, requiring large medication passes. Intravenous Infusion Therapy/Venipuncture certification.
