Brooksby Village, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide clinical care for residents at our Peabody, MA community. The role emphasizes strong resident advocacy, timely med administration, and teamwork with RN leaders.

The position requires an active LPN/LVN license, CPR, and a passion for senior care. We offer competitive hourly wages, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package with education support and on-site wellness

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LPN/LVN by the state.
• Minimum 1 year experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families to support physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assess and monitor residents' clinical condition and document findings in the EMR.
• Update care plans as residents' needs change.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately.
• Participate in care meetings and resident outcomes reviews.
• Respond to residents and families professionally and promptly.

Location: Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). The LPN/LVN is responsible for providing clinical care to residents in the neighborhood according to the nursing standards of practice, board of nursing, and Erickson Senior Living standards. What we offer Compensation: commensurate with experience, NEW RATES-$36 -$43 an hour plus shift differentials- $3.50-eves $4.00-nights and $4.50 for all shifts on the weekend! $7,500.00 retention bonus for 24 hours or more. How you will make an impact

• Developing relationships with the residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs and focusing on placing the resident first.
• Assessing, observing, and evaluating resident’s clinical condition, document findings in the resident electronic medical record, and notify the provider and/or RN when necessary.
• Updating or modifying care plans as needed to reflect any changes to a resident’s care and service needs.
• Supervising and leading care associates
• Administering medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
• Participating in meetings related to resident outcomes and care
• Responding to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner
• Participating in the review of clinical indicator reviews – falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
• Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
