Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with day, evening, night options and daily pay available.

Candidates must hold an active LPN license in the applicable state, with strong medication administration, documentation, and communication skills. EHR familiarity and the ability to educate residents and families are important.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
