Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. Positions available include full‑time, part‑time, and PRN shifts across day, evening, and night options.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license in the practicing state, with experience in medication administration, patient care procedures, and proficient documentation. Training and support are provided within state‑of‑the‑art facilities.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
