Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Tennessee. We offer Full-time, Part-time, and PRN options with Day, Evening, and Night shifts to fit your schedule.

As an LPN, you will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, document care using EHR, support care plans, monitor residents and mentor other nursing staff. New grads welcome; daily pay and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
