Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. The role offers Day, Evening, and Night shifts, with both full-time and part-time options, plus PRN.

You will provide bedside care, administer medications, and support care plans in a patient-first environment. New grads are welcome; daily pay option is available and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage,

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
