Job summary

Quality Talent Group is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in New Jersey. The role includes day, evening, and night options with full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and help implement personalized care plans, while educating families and care teams as needed.

Active LPN licensure in the state is required. New grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
