Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a compassionate Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home healthcare team in Stoughton, MA. The role emphasizes professional independence, flexible scheduling, and high-quality one-on-one patient care.

You will provide skilled nursing in patients' homes, coordinate with care teams, and remain supported by clinical leadership. Weekend availability and a Massachusetts LPN license are required, with mileage and licensure

Qualifications

Massachusetts LPN license is required.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Evening/afternoon and weekend availability required.

Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing home healthcare team in Stoughton, Massachusetts.

***MUST have weekend availability***

Your Role as a Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with VRNS, you’ll provide skilled nursing services directly in patients’ homes. You’ll work closely with patients and their care teams to promote health, independence, and quality of life.
