Job summary
Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home health team in Walpole, Massachusetts. This per diem role offers independence, flexible scheduling, and meaningful one-on-one patient care in patients' homes.

Qualifications
- Massachusetts LPN license required.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
- Afternoon availability.
Responsibilities
- Providing wound care
- Administering medications
- Catheter care
- Diabetes care education
- Monitor wellness and changes in condition
- Disease-management education
- Follow up after physician appointments
- Identify and order necessary medical supplies
- Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation
