This flexible role provides coverage for 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts, working closely with physicians, RNs, therapists, and care staff to ensure quality resident care.

The ideal candidate will deliver medications, monitor residents, document care, and support ADLs while maintaining regulatory compliance and a resident-centered approach.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current and unrestricted licensure in the employing state.
• BLS/CPR certification current.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong clinical and critical-thinking abilities.

Job Summary
