Quality Talent Group is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The role involves delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, and developing and evaluating individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
