Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client, a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. The role involves delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, and supporting care plans in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

Shifts include day, evening, night, with full-time, part-time, or PRN options. Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, are strong in documentation and teamwork, and are comfortable with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed
