Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in New York with a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position. The role offers a pay range of $30.50 to $34.50 per hour, full-time hours, and a benefits package including health coverage and a sign-on opportunity.

You will provide daily nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to meet resident needs. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an approved nursing program, hold a current New York LPN

Qualifications

• Ability to stay organized and manage priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor effects.
• Collaborate with care team and update care plans as needed.
• Document vitals, treatments, and resident responses accurately.
• Support unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs.
• Oversee CNA assignments and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Current LPN license in good standing in New York
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and collaboratively with staffCompassionate, team-oriented approach to care
• Genuine interest in supporting ill, injured, disabled, and elderly residents
• COVID-19 vaccination encouraged (not mandated)
