Job summary

St. Anthony Park Home in St. Paul, MN is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for residents in a warm, home-like setting.

The LPN will perform rounds, document care and medications, and collaborate with nurse management. Prior geriatric experience is preferred, and strong computer skills including email are expected.

• Scheduling and performing rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care
• Assuring the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments
• Monitoring the status of residents and consulting with nurse management as needed

Requirements
