Job summary

St. Anthony Park Home in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. In this role you will provide high-quality care to our seniors in a warm, home-like environment, and you will schedule rounds, document care and medications, and coordinate with nursing leadership.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active LPN license is required. Restorative or geriatric experience is preferred, and strong computer/email skills help you

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as an LPN.
• Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
• Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
• Possess advanced computer skills, including email use.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and performing rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
• Assuring the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
• Monitoring the status of residents and consulting with nurse management as needed.
