Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks an LPN to provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. You will administer medications, monitor patients, and support care plans while documenting accurately and communicating effectively with a care team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
