Quality Talent Group seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts (Day, Evening, Night) across various facilities, delivering direct nursing care and administering medications to residents.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
