Job summary

CareOne at Randolph is seeking a Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The role emphasizes coordination of the nursing process and adherence to care plans while maintaining compliance with all regulations.

The LPN will directly supervise staff and ensure quality care across shifts. A valid LPN license in the state of practice and graduated nursing education are required, with benefits offered for part-time and full-time

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from credentialed school of nursing.
• Certification/Licensure: Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care.
• Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
• Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
• Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
