MGA Homecare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Arizona home health team in Phoenix. You will provide skilled nursing care to infants, children, and adults under physician orders, and coordinate patient home care plans.

Responsibilities include administering prescribed medications, documenting actions, educating patients and families, and collaborating with nurses and therapists to ensure safe, compassionate, high-quality care in the patient's home.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Registered Nurse License is required.
• Active Nursing License in good standing (required).
• Attention to Detail.
• Time Management Skills.
• Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution.
• Good Organization and Effective Communication.
• Home Health Experience (preferred).
