Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. is seeking a licensed LPN to provide integrated health services at our Corazón program in Phoenix.
You will coordinate care with community providers, assist with admissions and medication management, and respond to emergencies with professionalism in a dynamic setting. The role requires an active LPN license in Arizona, a minimum of one year of medical experience, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

$30‑$32 hourly, non‑exempt DOE
CPLC Corazón is a client‑centered center with bilingual staff where all cultures are welcome and celebrated. We have been providing Substance Abuse treatment through our CARF Accredited Level II Residential Treatment Center since 1983. The 30‑ to 60‑day structured treatment program incorporates best practices targeted to the clients enrolled in the program. CPLC Corazón features a range of substance abuse services, including group, individual, family, and couples therapy, in addition to nightly community 12‑step support groups. Our 65‑bed, ADA compliant residential facility provides all meals, an on‑site laundry facility free of charge, a basketball court, and a garden. We offer holistic health techniques including yoga, tai chi, chi gong, and sweat lodge.
In this role, you’ll provide integrated health and support services, coordinate care with community providers, and empower clients through education and compassionate guidance. You’ll play a vital part in promoting wellness by assisting with admissions, supporting medication management, and responding to emergencies with professionalism and care. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where flexibility, collaboration, and a commitment to client success are key. Occasional travel and alternative hours, including evenings and weekends, are required to ensure clients receive the support they need when they need it most.
