Beacon Point Recovery Center seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality care as a first step toward long-term healing for behavioral health patients. You will perform rounds, medication preparation, and thorough care notes to support clinicians in delivering timely care.

Beacon Point Recovery Center: Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides the highest level of care as a first step towards long term healing for those struggling with behavioral health related issues. Communication between patients and clinicians provide skillful patient care in preparation and distribution of medication to patients, detailed and thorough patient care notes, and making rounds ensuring patient needs are met in a timely and proficient manner.

Licensed Practical Nurse Duties/Responsibilities

• Monitoring of patients to assess for clinical signs and symptoms
• Administer Medications as ordered
• Provides correct and timely documentation which reflects services provided
• Confers with and assists the Medical Director and the Psychiatrist.

Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements

• Clean, active and current LPN license
• 1+ years Behavioral Health / Psych experience preferred
• Current CPR License

Licensed Practical Nurse Schedule

• Day SHIFT 7:00AM - 7:30PM
• 12-hour shifts
• Rotating weekends

Licensed Practical Nurse Compensation

• Hourly rate competitive with experience and location
• Night and weekend differential when applicable
