Center for Human Development, (CHD), is currently seeking an LPN to work 32 hours with flexible business hours Monday-Friday, with Friday being one of the days needed. The LPN would become part of a wonderful team of nurses that work with our behavioral health outpatient clinic in Palmer, MA. The LPN will oversee clinic triage, medication refill requests, lab review, prior authorizations, and collaborating with the client's care team, other medical providers, and other CHD programs.
WORK LOCATION
This position is an ON-SITE office position located at our Griswold Center, in Palmer, MA. Days and Hours can be negotiated except Fridays being required.
