Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a full time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Congregate Care Network (CCN). Join a collaborative residential services team supporting youth in DCF congregate care programs. The LPN provides hands‑on quality assurance for medication administration systems across regional program sites. This role combines clinical oversight, staff coaching, record review and coordination with prescribers, pharmacies and community providers to help ensure safe, compliant and compassionate care.
What You’ll Do
Schedule: This is a full‑time position, candidates will work an 8‑hour shifts Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm.
