Quality Talent Group seeks an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. The role supports patient-first care with daily shifts, including day, night, and weekend options.

Active and unrestricted LPN license is required, with new grads welcomed. Expect responsibilities such as med administration, care plan implementation, vitals, and patient education within a supportive team using EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
