Berkeley Health and Rehab in Berkeley, IL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring nursing team.

Qualifications

• Illinois LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.

• Assist with developing, implementing, and updating resident care plans.
