Nexushm is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality resident care, assess needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with the care team in our Westmont facility.

Schedules include 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm and 11pm-7:30am across full- and part-time roles. Candidates must hold an Illinois LPN license and CPR certification, with at least 1 year in long-term care.

Position Overview:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality resident care. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with other team members to ensure best outcomes.

Available Schedules:

7am to 3:30pm (Full & Part Time)

3pm to 11:30pm (Part Time)

11pm to 7:30am (Part Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:

• A valid, current nursing license in Illinois, in good standing.

• Current CPR certification.

• At least one year of professional experience in long term care environment.
