Horsham Center for Jewish Life in Horsham, PA is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. You will provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, and support residents, families, RNs, CNAs, and physicians.

This role includes Evening (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) and Night (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) shifts with competitive pay, shift differentials, and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license required.
• Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care based on individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Assist with maintaining a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents.
• Advocate for residents and help ensure their individual needs and preferences are addressed.
• Contribute to positive resident outcomes through quality, person-centered care.
