Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, and night shifts to fit diverse schedules.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans while maintaining high standards of documentation and patient safety. New grads welcome; daily pay options and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
