Job summary

Mohawk Meadows Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team in providing person-centered care to residents in a rehabilitation and nursing setting.

As an LPN, you will assess residents, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care. A NJ license is required, and opportunities exist for professional growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in NJ (or pending state licensure)
• Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred
